What happens if my flight is late?
The pickup moves with the flight by itself. The 60 minutes of waiting included at the airport start from the new pickup time, and you do not need to call anyone.
How long will the chauffeur wait at CPH?
60 minutes after the pickup time are included at the airport. After that, waiting costs DKK 11 a minute, and 30 % more in the luxury class.
How do I find my chauffeur?
Before you land, your link or your app shows the chauffeur’s first name, the car, the plate and where the car is. If anything is unclear, a person at BLCK answers, 24/7.
Can I cancel?
Free of charge until 3 hours before the pickup. A later cancellation costs 30 % of the fare, and at least DKK 150. See the service terms.
Can someone book it for me?
Yes. An assistant, a hotel concierge or your company books it in the Business Portal with your name and mobile number, and the ride reaches you as one link.
What cars are there?
4 classes: a business saloon, an electric saloon, a luxury saloon, and a van for a party with luggage. You see the price for each before you confirm.
How far is CPH from the city?
Copenhagen Airport is at Kastrup, about 8 km south-east of the city centre.
