BLCK Mobility, a trade name of Vermillion Group Inc ("BLCK", "we", "us") operates the BLCK personal chauffeur application. We are the data controller for personal data processed through the app and are committed to protecting your privacy under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Danish data protection law.
— Account & identity: your name, phone number, and a one-time SMS code used to sign you in.
— Trip & location data: pickup and destination addresses and related location data needed to arrange and deliver a chauffeur trip.
— Payment data: payments are handled by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers; we keep a payment reference and trip charge records.
— Communications: the messages you exchange with your BLCK team in the in-app conversation.
— Service & preference signals: information about your trips and interactions, used to personalize and improve the chauffeur relationship over time.
— Device & usage data: standard technical data such as app version, device type, and diagnostic logs.
— To create and secure your account and verify your identity.
— To arrange, dispatch, and deliver chauffeur trips.
— To process payments for trips you book.
— To operate the in-app conversation between you and your BLCK team.
— To personalize and improve the service.
— To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
— Performance of a contract — to provide the chauffeur service you request (Art. 6(1)(b)).
— Legitimate interest — to secure, operate, and improve the service (Art. 6(1)(f)).
— Consent — where required for certain optional features (Art. 6(1)(a)).
— Legal obligation — where we must retain records (Art. 6(1)(c)).
We share data only with providers that help us run the service:
— Amazon Web Services (cloud infrastructure, EU region).
— Stripe (payment processing).
— Mapbox (maps and geocoding).
— Our SMS provider (one-time verification codes).
— Your assigned chauffeur and operations team, to deliver your trip.
We do not sell your personal data.
We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. Trip and payment records are retained as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
Under GDPR you may access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your data, request data portability, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at .
You can delete your account and associated personal data at any time from within the app, or by emailing . Some records may be retained where required by law.
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security review.
BLCK is a paid transportation service intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
