For event and travel teams

You have a group
of individuals.

You know them. One lands early, one misses the connection, one wants another hour at the congress, and none of them likes to wait for the rest. We move your group in cars and vans, so the programme bends around each of them. For you it stays one programme, one list, one invoice.

Groups of
up to 180.

Arriving on different flights over several days, each one met and taken to the hotel.

Never cancelled.
Never late.

Not once since our first ride. When we confirm a car, the car comes.

Confirmed
by a person.

Every ride in your programme is read and confirmed by someone at BLCK.

Arrivals

Nobody waits for the coach to fill.

Your group lands on forty flights over three days. Each flight is met as it lands and driven to its hotel, in a car sized to who is on it.

  • Met as they landThe chauffeur is in the arrivals hall with the guest's name, and walks them to the car.
  • The pickup follows the flightAn early or late landing moves the pickup by itself.
  • A missed connectionThe guest who lands six hours later, on another flight, still has a car waiting.
  • To the right hotelThree hotels or twelve: each guest goes to their own door.

The flights and guests on the map are examples.

The list

A group that can change its mind.

Your list is a spreadsheet that never stops moving. Send it to us the way you keep it, and change it as often as you need. A person at BLCK turns it into a programme, confirms every ride, and reworks it every time something changes.

Your format

Excel, a registration export, an email. We work from what you have.

One person

Someone at BLCK owns your programme and can act without asking twice.

Every change confirmed

A new name, a new flight, a different hotel: you hear back that it is done.

Day and night

Flights do not keep office hours. Neither does the desk.

Hotel to congress, and back

They leave when they are ready.

Every morning from the hotels, every evening from the congress. The cars are sized to who is actually going, and nobody is held for the last person out of the hall.

An example evening. Times and numbers are invented.

Dinners and evenings

Out together. Home in their own time.

The group dinner starts at one time and ends at many. The cars leave the hotels together and come back as the table breaks up.

  • Everyone knows their carEach guest gets one link: the car on the map, the chauffeur's name and the plate. No app.
  • A word with the chauffeur"We are at the side entrance." Sent from the link, read in the car.
  • A car by the hourFor the host, the speaker or the board member whose evening will not follow the plan.
  • When it really is everyone at onceWe arrange the coach as well, and keep the cars for the people who will not wait for it.
Who drives

You know who is driving your client.

Your name is on the programme. We work with Copenhagen's independent chauffeur companies, on terms they can make a living from, and we can tell you who drove every ride.

  • Owner-run, licensedEvery ride is driven by a licensed Copenhagen chauffeur company. We check the permits.
  • A record of every rideWho drove, in which car, for which guest.
  • IndependentNo outside capital and no ride-hailing group behind us. Nobody is pushing us to promise cars we do not have.
The invoice

One invoice for the programme.

Every ride on it, by day and by name, under your own reference. For an agency: you pay our rate and set your own price to your client.

Your reference

The event name, PO or cost centre on the invoice.

Ride by ride

Each line says who rode, when, and from where to where.

You decide who adds rides

So the programme does not grow without you.

A payment link for the rides that are not on your account.
