How booking, cancelling and waiting work, in plain words. These are the terms BLCK applies in Copenhagen today.
A ride is booked ahead, for a pickup place and time, in a vehicle class you choose. You see the price before you confirm. A booking is confirmed by a person at BLCK.
The ride itself is driven by a licensed Danish chauffeur company that BLCK has engaged for it.
You can cancel free of charge until three hours before the pickup time.
A later cancellation costs 30 % of the fare, and at least DKK 150. The rest is not charged, or is returned.
Fifteen minutes of waiting are included at the pickup. At the airport, sixty minutes are included.
After that, waiting costs DKK 11 per minute, and 30 % more in the luxury class.
If the traveller is not at the pickup when the included waiting has passed and cannot be reached, the ride is a no-show and is charged in full.
If you gave a flight number for an arrival, the pickup time follows the landing, and the included waiting starts from the new time.
In the BLCK app a ride is paid with the card on your account. A ride booked by a company goes on that company’s invoice or is paid by a payment link. Waiting and a late cancellation are charged the same way as the ride.
A ride is passenger transport booked for a set time. The cancellation terms above apply to it, in place of a general right to withdraw from a purchase.
