Open the app, sign in with your phone number, and start a new trip — enter your pickup and destination, and your BLCK team takes it from there in the conversation.
Trips are charged to the payment method on your account, processed securely through Stripe. Each trip's charge appears in your conversation history.
In the BLCK app: open your profile → Request account removal, review what will be deleted, enter an email for the confirmation, and hold the button to confirm.
Or email from the phone number or email on your account and we'll do it for you, normally within 30 days.
Your profile, sign-in, saved places, preferences and voice recordings are deleted permanently. Records of trips you paid for are kept, anonymized, for as long as accounting law requires.
