The same three, whoever books.
BLCK lets the system take care of the routine: following a flight, moving a pickup, keeping the record of who drove. The moments that matter are handed to a person: confirming a booking, answering when a plan changes, deciding what to do when something goes wrong.
In the app, a ride is paid with your card after you confirm it. A ride booked by a company goes on the company’s invoice, or is paid by a payment link.
BLCK is a platform, not a fleet. Every ride is driven by a licensed chauffeur company on terms it can make a living from, and every booking is confirmed by a person at BLCK. BLCK’s first service area is Copenhagen.
